Order Processing Time

We strive to process and ship all orders within 24 hours. However, during peak periods, there may be a slight delay of up to two days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery, especially during busy times. If there are any significant delays with your order, we will promptly notify you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Free Shipping applies to Lebanon with orders above $50.

Lebanon: $3 shipping fee for orders below $50 

Regional MENA countries: $8 shipping fee

All other countries: $30 shipping fee

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. This email will contain a tracking number that will become active within 24 hours of sending the confirmation.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Any customs duties or taxes applied to your order are the responsibility of the customer. Tortiba is not liable for any fees incurred during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes.

Damages

Tortiba is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Remember to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claims process.
